We offer care coordination, diagnosis, and assessment services to children and youth in Northeast Iowa in collaboration with local service providers. The Community Circle of Care is a regional System of Care site that includes a coordinated network of community-based services and supports organized to meet the challenges of children and youth with serious behavioral or mental health needs and their families. We assure families that there is no “wrong door” to access services and ensure coordination among providers so that services are delivered in the most effective and efficient method possible.
